About the role

Sea Freight Export team at DSV manages ocean freight global accounts, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and coordination with vendors. The Senior Associate drives operational excellence by handling customer inquiries, overseeing export paperwork, and maintaining compliance with SOPs. Based in Gurgaon, on-site role with occasional travel for vendor coordination.

What you’ll do

• Manage ocean freight global accounts as a single window for customer correspondence
• Coordinate export documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders, and vendors for vessel planning and shipment status
• Achieve operational excellence through accurate system updates and KPI tracking
• Handle customer inquiries, customs issues, and invoice disputes

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or freight forwarding apprenticeship
• 4-5 years of work experience
• 2-5 years of freight forwarding industry experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with SAP DSV and Microsoft Office
