About the role
Human Resources team at Bajaj Finance focuses on building learning and development capabilities across the organization. The role designs, delivers and measures training programs, collaborates with COE and HRP to diagnose needs, create content and ensure impact. Based in Pune corporate office, on-site work model with occasional hybrid flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Identify training needs through business diagnostics
- Design and develop learning interventions (classroom, VILT, self‑paced)
- Deliver and coordinate training sessions
- Track and report training metrics and ROI
- Manage training logistics and operations
- Maintain learning assets on cloud platform
- Collaborate with COE and HRP on program design
- Audit training effectiveness
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years L&D experience
- MBA in HR
- Adult learning principles expertise
- Learning ROI measurement
- Instructional design and content creation
- Senior stakeholder interaction
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Digital content creation and PowerBI knowledge
