About the role

Digital Experience & Automation (DEA) team at HPE reimagines customer, partner and employee support through AI, automation and modern cloud platforms. As a Principal Cloud Developer you will architect and build scalable, secure cloud‑native digital platforms, modernize legacy systems and integrate enterprise applications and AI‑enabled services. Bengaluru office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Translate platform architecture and product requirements into scalable, secure solutions
  • Design cloud‑native APIs, microservices and event‑driven patterns
  • Define modernization paths for legacy applications
  • Create reusable architecture patterns and technical standards
  • Provide technical direction through architecture reviews and hands‑on guidance
  • Partner with product, business and engineering teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years software engineering and cloud architecture experience
  • Hands‑on design of customer‑facing digital platforms
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms)
  • Practical AI/automation integration experience
  • Strong communication and technical leadership skills
