Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation

About the role

JBS team at JLL focuses on delivering intelligent automation solutions across the enterprise. The Senior Manager leads the identification and design of RPA and Generative AI opportunities, oversees end‑to‑end solution development, and embeds a robust automation SDLC while managing cross‑functional project teams. Gurugram, on‑site, 40‑hour week, with responsibility for stakeholder communication, governance, and benefit realization.

What you’ll do

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities using low‑code/no‑code and AI technologies
• Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions, ensuring scalability and governance
• Integrate automation SDLC with existing technology infrastructure
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Communicate progress and benefits to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Implement best practices for standardization, security, and reusability
• Conduct QA and user acceptance testing for automation solutions
• Drive a culture of process re‑engineering and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience in RPA deployment (Automation Anywhere preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot
• Proven program and project management leadership in large transformation initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and ability to quantify automation benefits
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience in consulting or large‑scale corporate transformation environments
• Ability to train and transfer automation skills to teams
