About the role
JLL Business Services (JBS) drives intelligent automation across the firm, building RPA, Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions. The Senior Manager leads delivery and run‑support teams, designs end‑to‑end automation architectures, and governs AI agents while collaborating with global stakeholders. Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Gurugram, on‑site work model, 40 hrs/week, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead delivery and run‑support RPA teams
- Architect and oversee automation solutions across classic RPA, Gen AI and Agentic AI
- Drive AI agent governance, evaluation and prompt engineering practices
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to embed automation SDLC
- Manage project plans, documentation and benefit realization
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years experience in RPA, Gen AI, prompt engineering and Agentic AI
- Extensive Automation Anywhere A360 and APA platform expertise
- Hands‑on development of AI agents and LLM integrations
- Experience with Power Platform and certifications
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
