About the role

Intelligent Automation team at JLL drives end‑to‑end attended process automation using Python, Selenium and AI prompt engineering. The Senior Manager leads technical direction, standards and delivery quality, mentors developers and builds reusable frameworks across the portfolio. Based in Gurugram, HR, on‑site work model with 40‑hour week, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Owns full SDLC for attended automations and sets technical standards
Designs reusable automation frameworks and libraries
Mentors junior developers and leads code reviews
Integrates Python, VBA and AI components into solutions
Defines packaging and release standards for Python apps
Drives AI prompt engineering practices and training
Collaborates with stakeholders to define technical direction
Ensures code quality, documentation and governance
