About the role

Senior Manager Intelligent Automation at Ameriprise India LLP leads discovery and design of advanced automation solutions for the Global Asset Management business. The role drives cost‑benefit analysis, maps current processes, prioritizes opportunities, and mentors a team of IA specialists to deliver high‑impact projects. Work is based in Gurugram and Noida with a hybrid model—three days onsite, two days remote. The position offers exposure to industry best practices, proof‑of‑concept development, and cross‑functional collaboration across technology and business units.
