About the role

Analog & Mixed-Signal Engineering team at SanDisk designs high‑performance memory interfaces. What you’ll bring

  • 5-9 years high‑speed Serdes PHY layout experience
  • Strong background in analog/IO design principles
  • Proficiency with Cadence, Synopsys or Mentor layout tools
  • Experience with block PnR and physical design integration
  • Knowledge of signal integrity, differential routing and shielding
  • Familiarity with CMOS and FinFET technologies
  • Hands‑on scripting (TCL, Python, Skill) for automation

Nice to have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
