About the role

The Senior Principal designs, verifies and characterizes complex CMOS analog blocks, leads layout and IP release, and mentors junior engineers. Bangalore, India, on-site, full-time role with opportunities to shape next‑gen analog solutions.
What you’ll do
- Develop and verify advanced analog and mixed‑signal CMOS circuit blocks
- Lead analog circuit requirement discussions and define product specifications
- Design, layout and characterize IP based on specifications
- Perform bench characterization and support application engineering
- Collaborate on DFT strategy and document designs thoroughly
- Interface with test, product and applications engineering for production release
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, project planning and mentoring
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering with 12+ years experience
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 14+ years experience
- Proficiency in analog circuit verification and documentation
- Experience with CMOS analog blocks such as amplifiers, filters, LDOs, oscillators
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices like MOS transistors and BJTs
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environment and design tools (Matlab, Spectre, Spice, Cadence)
- Hands‑on lab experience with measurement equipment
- Excellent written and oral communication
