About the role
IT Department at Bajaj Finance Limited is responsible for enterprise networking and security across on-prem and Azure environments. The Senior Domain Manager will design, operate, and support Azure network architecture, firewalls, SD-WAN, and AI-driven contact center workloads while leading a 24x7 support model and automation initiatives. Pune corporate office, on-site, hybrid shift model with 24x7 coverage, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Operate and monitor enterprise network and security infrastructure
- Manage Azure networking components and firewall/SD-WAN solutions
- Support AI-driven contact center workloads
- Lead 24x7 support structure and incident response
- Implement AIOps and automation scripts
- Ensure compliance and security posture
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years experience
- Azure networking (VNETs, NSGs, VPNs)
- Firewall and SD-WAN management
- AI service integration (STT/TTS)
- Azure certifications (AZ-700, AZ-104)
- ITIL service management
