About the role

IT Governance and Compliance Team at Bajaj Finance Limited ensures robust audit support and documentation for IT infrastructure. The Senior Domain Manager leads audit coordination, maintains compliance evidence, and drives observation tracking across domains like IAM, ITAM, and Patch Management. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, on-site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate central audit support for IT infrastructure audits and inspections
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, policies, SOPs, and evidence repositories
• Validate evidence mapping to controls and audit quality standards
• Support domain coverage for IT Asset Management, IAM/PAM, Incident Management, and other areas
• Track audit observations, conduct root cause analysis, and manage CAPA plans
• Ensure governance sign-offs and highlight systemic issues
• Collaborate with IT domain owners to gather evidence and track closure dates
• Maintain audit trackers for queries, evidence submission status, and observation closure

What you’ll bring

• Engineering / Computer Graduate
• 4-6 years experience in audit coordination, documentation, or compliance
• ISO 27001, CISA, or CRISC certification
• Experience in regulated BFSI environments
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM, ITSM, or CMDB
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure processes and controls
• Hands-on audit support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
