About the role
IT Department at Bajaj Finance Limited, responsible for Azure cloud infrastructure and services. Provides Level 2 support, handles day-to-day cloud operations, escalated issue resolution, and large-scale migrations while ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Pune Corporate Office - Mantri, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Provide Level 2 technical support for Azure services
- Resolve escalated issues and manage live migrations
- Ensure compliance, security, and monitoring standards
- Collaborate with infra, security, application, and DevOps teams
- Execute operational tasks like resizing, patching, and backups
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
What you’ll bring
- 7-8 years Azure Infrastructure support
- Experience with Azure VMs, storage, IAM, networking
- Scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Cloud networking and security knowledge
- Linux/Windows troubleshooting
