About the role

IT Process Owner Team at Bajaj Finance Limited ensures regulatory, security and governance adherence across all IT verticals. The Deputy Unit Manager supports end‑to‑end process setting, monitors KRIs, prepares audit data and drives policy updates while collaborating with auditors and a dynamic fintech team. Pune corporate office, on‑site role with potential for relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

• Support IT Process Owner team in end‑to‑end process setting and monitoring
• Ensure policies, SOPs and controls are updated and implemented across verticals
• Monitor KRIs and initiate corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and provide data for audits, regulatory reporting and filings
• Interact with statutory, internal and regulatory auditors
• Track and close audit action items
• Analyze data using MS Excel to support compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with fintech initiatives to adopt new processes

What you’ll bring

• 2-7 years IT governance/compliance experience
• BE/B.Tech degree
• Strong knowledge of IT processes and regulatory updates in BFSI
• Experience with MS Excel and data analytics
• Excellent oral and written communication
