About the role
Outsourcing Compliance at Bajaj Finance Limited is responsible for ensuring vendor onboarding and compliance with RBI regulations. The Deputy Unit Manager executes control testing, conducts audits, and drives remediation of compliance gaps across business units. Pune Corporate Office, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Execute control testing for outsourced processes using defined checklists
- Perform sample-based walkthroughs and assess control design effectiveness
- Document test procedures, results, exceptions and root‑cause analysis
- Interpret and apply RBI regulations related to outsourcing
- Prepare gap assessment reports and drive action plans
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely compliance
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / CS or equivalent
- Audit experience in lending or financial services
- Data analysis and audit/report drafting experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive team player attitude
