About the role
AI Unit at Bajaj Finance Limited builds an enterprise AI platform for financial services. The Deputy Unit Manager leads the design and development of a modern, conversational single-page UI, collaborating with backend, AI, and SDK teams to create dynamic, multimodal interfaces and ensure performance in mobile WebViews. Pune, on-site, hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design and build a conversational single‑page UI for the AI platform
- Develop schema‑driven, reusable UI components with dynamic rendering
- Implement fluid animations and multimodal input handling while optimizing performance
- Collaborate with backend, AI, and SDK teams to consume UI schemas and capability flags
- Ensure security compliance, PII masking, and safe input handling
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and iterative UI improvements
- Support analytics, audit events, and session tracking as required
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-4 years of frontend development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with React, Svelte or similar frameworks
- Hands‑on animation and motion system implementation
- Experience with multimodal inputs (text, voice, image, file)
- Familiarity with WebView constraints and cross‑browser compatibility
- Experience integrating REST/gRPC APIs
