Associate Talent Manager

About the role

Associate Talent Manager at Disney ILM Mumbai oversees scheduling and artist management for CG departments. Works with senior talent managers, producers, and studio production managers to coordinate artist crewing, timecards, reviews, and contract extensions. Maintains utilization metrics, schedules digital artists, and projects personnel needs based on production input. Collaborates with recruitment to define hiring requirements and supports casting and development initiatives. Handles people issues, escalates to HR, and leads special projects. Requires VFX scheduling experience, strong people management, CG terminology knowledge, analytical and time‑management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

What you’ll do

• Manage artist crewing and scheduling for departments
• Resolve artist queries, absences, performance, timecards, reviews, career, contracts
• Escalate people issues with senior managers and HR
• Maintain show contact via CG status and department meetings
• Track utilization with production management systems
• Create and maintain digital artist schedules and availability
• Project personnel needs; coordinate crew size, dates, bidding data with producers
• Define recruitment requirements with production, supervisors, recruitment
• Collaborate on artist management, casting, development with HOD
• Execute special projects as assigned
