About the role

HRD - Talent Management team at TVS Motor Company drives organization-wide talent identification, assessment, and development programs. The Associate Lead partners with business leaders and HRBPs to execute talent assessment cycles, govern development plans, and deliver analytics dashboards for data-driven decisions. What you’ll do

  • Drive talent identification and assessment processes
  • Manage end-to-end talent assessment cycles
  • Facilitate talent councils for succession decisions
  • Govern individual development plans and track progress
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders on talent reviews
  • Develop talent dashboards and analytics
  • Own talent data governance and reporting
  • Manage talent management budgets and vendor invoices

What you’ll bring

MBA or PGDM in Human Resources

Nice to have

  • 5-8 years HR experience
