What you’ll do

• Manage core HR processes including performance and talent management
• Collaborate with HR ServiceNow for talent transactions
• Analyze HR trends and develop solutions
• Provide policy guidance and interpretation
• Coordinate HR projects and reporting
• Improve onboarding and employee engagement methods
• Deliver compliance training and lunch-and-learn sessions
• Maintain confidentiality and handle employee relations

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

Nice to have

3-4 years HR Generalist or Coordinator experience
