What you’ll do
- Conduct structured research and data pulls for executive talent mapping
- Compile and maintain labor market datasets
- Support CRM tagging, segmentation, and reporting
- Develop candidate summaries and executive profiles
- Prepare dashboards and recurring reports
- Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and TA Operations
- Document research methods and tagging strategies
- Leverage internal and external tools for process optimization
