About the role
University Relations team at Amgen drives early talent pipelines. The Senior Associate manages the end‑to‑end intern program, designing onboarding, bootcamps, evaluations and engagement activities while partnering with hiring managers and HR partners. Hyderabad, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across global teams.
What you’ll do
- Own full lifecycle of intern program from onboarding to exit
- Partner with hiring managers to align intern projects with business goals
- Design and execute bootcamps, learning sessions and networking events
- Collect and analyze program metrics, feedback and evaluations
- Create program documentation, playbooks and communication plans
What you’ll bring
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 9 years HR or talent management experience
- Experience designing and managing internship programs
- Strong program management and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency with O365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
