Field Service Technician

About the role

Field Service Technician on Elliott EBARA Turbomachinery India team, supporting client‑site servicing, repair and installation of turbine products. The role performs equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support while mentoring junior technicians. Based in Bidadi, India with a remote work model, travel to customer sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Install, service, and repair systems and components at customer sites
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software failures to component level
• Serve as technical contact for client issues and coordinate with engineering
• Train and guide Level I‑III technicians and field engineers
• Track maintenance, report downtime, order parts, and follow safety policies

What you’ll bring

• Associate of Science in Electronics or equivalent program
• 3-6 years mechanical/electrical/customer support experience
• Ability to lift 35 lbs unassisted
• Read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Residence near Krishnappa Garden
