About the role
Software Engineering team at MRI Software builds real‑estate SaaS solutions. The Software Engineer III designs and delivers complex features, creates modular components and APIs, writes secure, scalable code, and mentors junior engineers while leveraging AI tools for code generation and testing. Bangalore, India, hybrid (3 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end development of medium to large features
- Design components, APIs, and reusable utilities
- Write high‑quality, secure, scalable code
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, root‑cause analysis
- Mentor Level 1 & 2 engineers
- Participate in Agile estimation and sprint planning
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness
- Use AI tools for design improvements and test automation
