- Configure and support Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning modules
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize Workday configurations
- Document processes and best practices
- Support global teams across time zones
- Ensure compliance with HR data security standards
- Participate in Agile delivery activities
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years hands‑on Workday experience
- Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, EIBs
- Excel data analysis
- Clear communication of technical solutions
- Experience with global or cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work partial US hours
