About the role

This fully remote role for a Workday FIN Functional Consultant in India focuses on delivering functional solutions within the Workday Financial Management ecosystem. The consultant collaborates with stakeholders and teams to translate business needs into effective Workday configurations, designs, and integrations. The position supports mission-critical projects while optimizing financial processes for clients.

What you’ll do

• Lead or participate in Workday Financial Management project delivery
• Gather requirements and define functional solutions with stakeholders
• Conduct discovery and design sessions with cross-functional teams
• Configure and support Workday FIN functionality
• Design and develop complex Workday FIN reports
• Prepare functional designs, specifications, and documentation
• Collaborate with integration teams on solution development
• Perform end-to-end testing and issue resolution

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience
• Workday FIN Core certification required
• Strong understanding of Workday Financial Management
• Experience designing complex Workday FIN reports
• Ability to gather requirements and define solutions
• Familiarity with Workday integrations
• Experience in end-to-end testing
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
