Branch Relationship Officer

About the role

Axis Bank’s Branch Banking team in Surendranagar seeks a Branch Relationship Officer to drive deposit mobilization and customer engagement. The role involves cross-selling retail products, managing existing portfolios, and acquiring new customers through referrals and visits. This is an on-site position requiring 2-4 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Offer solutions and cross-sell bank’s retail banking and third-party products
• Achieve assigned business budgets for deposits and sales monthly
• Generate referrals and leads for new customer acquisition
• Promote products via marketing activities and external customer visits
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
• Handle customer queries to ensure resolution and prevent complaints
• Follow all regulatory, legislative, and audit compliance guidelines
• Maintain daily entries of customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• 2 - 4 Years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
