What you’ll do

• Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell bank products to existing and new customers
• Engage with portfolio customers to increase deposits and product uptake
• Process transactions and service requests within defined TAT
• Promote digital banking channels such as internet and mobile banking
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years banking experience
• Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
• Proven sales and cross‑selling track record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
