Branch Banking team at Axis Bank focuses on delivering comprehensive financial solutions to retail customers. The Branch Relationship Officer engages existing and new-to-bank customers, cross‑selling products, handling transactions, and promoting digital channels. Naharkatiya location, on-site work model, with occasional teller duties and referral generation activities.

What you’ll do

• Provide financial solutions and cross‑sell bank products
• Engage with existing customers to increase deposits and product uptake
• Process customer transactions and service requests within TAT
• Promote digital banking channels such as internet and mobile banking
• Generate referrals and leads through customer visits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
• Maintain CRM entries for customer interactions
• Participate in bank initiatives and mandatory certifications

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years banking experience
• Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail in cash handling
• Ability to meet business budgets
• Proficiency in local language
