- Offer and cross‑sell retail banking and third‑party products to meet budget targets
- Generate referrals and leads through customer visits and marketing activities
- Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
- Promote digital banking channels such as Internet and mobile banking
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years experience
- Graduation or Post‑Graduation
- Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
