About the role

Branch Banking team at Axis Bank drives retail customer engagement and deposit mobilization. The Branch Relationship Officer provides financial solutions, cross‑sells products, and processes transactions while building relationships through customer visits and referrals. Based in Pehowa, India, this on‑site role operates within the branch environment.

What you’ll do

• Offer and cross‑sell retail banking and third‑party products to customers
• Achieve monthly business budgets and generate new customer referrals
• Promote bank products through marketing activities and customer visits
• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and timely
• Handle customer queries and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Maintain audit standards and complete mandatory certifications and trainings
• Record customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system
• Participate in bank‑wide initiatives, campaigns, and drives

Graduation or Post‑Graduation
