About the role

As a Supervising Associate – Senior Multimedia Specialist you will conceptualize and produce motion graphics, video, and 3D content, mentor junior designers, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Kochi, Kerala, India, On‑site.
What you’ll do
- Conceptualize and produce multimedia collaterals including motion graphics and 3D animation
- Create storyboards, edit videos, and develop visual content for campaigns, events, and social media
- Research and curate high‑quality images adhering to EY brand standards
- Collaborate with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to deliver creative solutions
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and creative production
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design, Multimedia or related field
- Expertise in Adobe suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Unity)
- Strong video editing and motion graphics animation skills
- Team management and mentorship experience
