About the role

Wealth & Asset Management (WAM/BCM) Domain Insights team at EY delivers strategic analysis and thought leadership for wealth and asset management clients. The Supervising Associate leads the creation of domain insights, collaborates with senior stakeholders, and activates content across the EY network using data modelling and AI tools. Gurgaon, HR, IN, on-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

Develop internal brand as subject matter expert in WAM domain
Engage senior stakeholders to provide commercial perspectives and insights
Create and present insights/PoVs to internal and client audiences
Leverage AI and data analytics tools to generate domain insights
Support business development activities through insight activation
Collaborate across Insights, Clients, and Industries teams

What you’ll bring

5-7 years experience in strategy, business analysis, or management consulting
Domain expertise in wealth & asset management
Advanced presentation and communication skills
Proficiency with data modelling and AI tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong collaborative mindset in global, multicultural teams

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Master's degree preferred
