About the role

EY GDS Operations seeks a Supervising Associate to drive integration and decision-making frameworks within its global operations team. The role involves project planning, stakeholder management, and creating executive-level reports to support leadership. This position is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, trackers, risk registers, and governance frameworks
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and leadership updates
• Facilitate project governance meetings and leadership reviews
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for operational effectiveness
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices implementation

What you’ll bring

• 5–10 years of experience
• MBA in Operations, Finance or Marketing
• Strong project planning and execution capabilities
• Stakeholder management and governance expertise

Nice to have

• Experience driving accountability across teams
• Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
