About the role
Branch Banking at Axis Bank, overseeing branch operations and driving deposit mobilization and customer engagement. The Branch Head leads daily lending, product sales, and service activities, develops growth plans with the Cluster Head, and builds relationships with top customers to meet financial targets. Based in Balurghat, on-site work at the branch.

- Handle disruptions and ensure smooth operations
- Liaise with cluster and other branches
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or MBA (Marketing) preferred
- NCFM and AMFI certifications
- 10-13 years BFSI experience
- Knowledge of banking products and regulations
- Strong communication in English and local language
- Risk and team management skills
