Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

About the role

Senior IAM Engineer on Zelis’ Information Security team, driving the daily administration and continuous improvement of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and SailPoint IGA. Works on privileged access, identity governance, and policy enforcement across Azure/Entra, AD, and Duo, while collaborating with Security Engineering to secure the organization’s privileged accounts. Hyderabad, India, hybrid work model with 3 days onsite, no relocation required.

What you’ll do

  • Manage CyberArk Privilege Cloud deployment, configuration, and maintenance
  • Build integrations between CyberArk and third‑party apps for remote access
  • Administer identity and access in AD, Azure/Entra, and Duo
  • Configure SailPoint for mover/joiner/leaver scenarios
  • Implement IAM policies and procedures
  • Maintain IAM documentation
  • Provide training and support to IT staff
  • Identify and implement process improvements

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud
  • 7+ years experience with SailPoint
  • 7+ years experience with Microsoft Azure/Entra
  • 7+ years experience with Active Directory

Nice to have

CISSP or CISM certification (preferred)
