About the role

Global Presales team at Okta helps customers unlock the full potential of Okta’s Identity Platform through strategic advisory and technical solutions. The Senior Solution Identity Specialist drives strategic customer engagements, delivers customized demos and proofs of concept for device access and identity threat protection, and creates reusable content and enablement tools for the presales organization. Bengaluru, remote work model with up to 40% travel for customer meetings and events, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategic customer conversations and technical discovery sessions
• Deliver tailored solution demonstrations and architecture workshops
• Design and execute outcome‑focused proofs of concept
• Create and maintain reusable demo systems, diagrams and documentation
• Develop enablement content and frameworks for Solutions Engineering teams
• Provide technical guidance across Okta and Auth0 platforms
• Represent Okta at industry events, webinars and advisory boards
• Collaborate with Field CTO and product teams to influence roadmap

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years identity and access management experience
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, OIDC/SAML protocols
• Hands‑on experience with passwordless technologies such as FIDO2/WebAuthn and Okta FastPass
• Knowledge of device access solutions, MDM/UEM and EDR integrations
• Experience designing identity threat detection and response solutions
• Proficiency with security ecosystem integrations (SIEM, SOAR)
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills
• Travel up to 40% for customer and event engagements
