About the role
Solutions Architecture team at Circana builds AI‑driven data platforms and custom integration solutions for consumer goods clients. The Director leads end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of cloud‑based ETL pipelines, AI/GenAI applications, and API services, while mentoring engineers and guiding technical strategy. Bangalore, India, on-site (3 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Lead design, development, and deployment of custom ETL and AI solutions
- Own production reliability, scalability, and performance of deployed systems
- Define system architecture and technical roadmaps with cross‑functional teams
- Integrate and customize applications in client environments
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in real time
- Drive performance tuning, automation, and optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices
- Present technical solutions in client demos and workshops
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years software engineering and product development
- Full‑stack or backend development expertise
- Python, Go or Java programming
- Experience with AI/GenAI models and ML infrastructure
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container/serverless services
- SQL and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, ETL patterns
- API design (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT)
- Strong customer‑facing communication
