About the role

Data Integration Team at Squircle IT Consulting Services builds robust master data management and data integration solutions for enterprise ERP and BI platforms. The role designs and develops MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and Data Director, creates ETL pipelines with PowerCenter, and collaborates with cross‑functional IT teams to support sales, finance and marketing data needs. Bangalore office, on-site, relocation considered.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and Data Director for customer, contact and product domains
• Create ETL data integration workflows with Informatica PowerCenter
• Participate in data model design for MDM and data warehouse
• Translate functional requirements into high‑level designs and technical specifications
• Provide operation and production support for MDM/ETL applications
• Monitor and refine MDM and ETL solutions to ensure business adoption
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams and business analysts
• Engage in Agile/Waterfall scrum sessions

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years MDM and ETL development experience
• Hands‑on with Informatica MDM, Data Director and PowerCenter
• Experience embedding Data Quality into MDM
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM Services Integration Framework
• Strong SQL programming and relational database skills
• Understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse methodology
• Experience in sales, finance, marketing or HR data domains
• Ability to translate requirements to prototypes quickly
