About the role
Quest Global Engineering Team designs and validates piping and instrumentation diagrams to support complex engineering projects. The role creates and updates P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans, and design revisions while collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with standards. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Review and revise P&ID designs based on redline markups
- Create plot plans from 3D scans with accurate equipment representation
- Assign tags for equipment, instruments, and piping
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project requirements
- Identify and document ambiguities and communicate to stakeholders
- Guide team members on technical clarifications
- Participate in project meetings providing technical input
What you’ll bring
- 1-4 years AutoCAD 2D drafting (P&ID, PFD, GA)
- Familiarity with ASME, ASTM, EURO, CSA codes
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
