Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Delivery Manager in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end logistics and transportation service delivery. The role involves managing fleet operations, ensuring trade compliance, and driving strategic transformation through automation and analytics. This on-site position requires extensive experience in supply chain operations and stakeholder management.

What you’ll do

• Lead logistics service delivery for fleet operations and international trade
• Define operational strategy, governance frameworks, and performance standards
• Manage client relationships and provide executive-level visibility into performance
• Drive transportation optimization for cost reduction and capacity utilization
• Establish and govern KPIs for on-time delivery and carrier performance
• Oversee risk management, trade compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Sponsor automation, digitization, and transportation analytics initiatives
• Build organizational capability through talent management and leadership development

What you’ll bring

• 9 - 15 years of experience in logistics or transportation
• Expertise in logistics, transportation, and distribution operations
• Proven track record in fleet management and inbound/outbound transportation
• Strong knowledge of international trade support and regulatory adherence

Nice to have

• Experience defining operational strategy and governance frameworks
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide executive visibility
• Skills in driving cost reduction and network efficiency initiatives
