About the role

Supply Chain and Logistics at GTT drives seamless global service delivery by building a high‑performing logistics and supply‑chain operation. The Service Delivery Logistics Manager oversees end‑to‑end logistics for CPE and UCPE distribution, manages vendor performance, and aligns regional demand with supply planning while providing accurate updates to client‑facing teams. Remote work with flexibility to travel for customer or team meetings, supporting a global, collaborative culture.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics operations for CPE and UCPE distribution across multiple countries
• Develop and track vendor performance metrics to meet service, cost, and quality targets
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance
• Create, progress, and manage purchase orders through Oracle
• Oversee OEM relationships to optimise supply outcomes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities
• Identify and mitigate risks to supply continuity
• Drive cost control initiatives through vendor optimisation
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regional compliance
• Provide regular reporting on demand planning, sourcing, and vendor performance
• Support client‑facing teams with timely updates and data

What you’ll bring

• Understanding of global telecoms and managed service environments
• Project management or coordination experience with measurable outcomes
• Procurement, supply chain, or logistics experience in multi‑country settings
• Proven vendor management capability
• Strong stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams
• Ability to analyse demand and supply data for planning decisions
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
• Experience in telecommunications or complex B2B services
