Logistics Manager

About the role

Logistics Department at Bunge drives the efficient movement of edible oil products from production to customers. The Logistics Manager leads strategy, oversees end-to-end transportation, and manages a team of 60-70 vehicles to meet on-time delivery targets. Based in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, this role is onsite with occasional travel to carrier sites.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs
• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics process ensuring on‑time delivery
• Negotiate and manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers
• Collaborate with planners, sales and internal teams for accurate forecasting
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and transportation regulations
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports
