Infrastructure & Network Analyst

About the role
Infrastructure & Network Analyst responsible for designing, operating, and supporting enterprise IT services across on‑prem and Azure cloud environments. Manages incident resolution via ServiceNow, performs network and security monitoring, administers Azure AD and virtual infrastructure, and coordinates disaster recovery and penetration testing. Drives capacity planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of network architecture to enhance reliability and performance.
What you’ll do
- Resolve incidents via ServiceNow within SLA
- Escalate incidents to Service Delivery Manager
- Conduct disaster recovery testing
- Administer network switches & firewalls
- Monitor alerts & maintain dev/test environments
- Review network capacity & recommend improvements
- Manage Azure AD, VMs, PowerBI, SQL, Web Apps
- Coordinate penetration & vulnerability testing
- Design & implement cloud network solutions
- Maintain documentation & IT services reports
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years technical support in networking & infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, routing, firewalls
- Experience with on-prem and Azure IaaS platforms
- Proficient in Active Directory & Azure AD administration
- Skilled in PowerShell & PowerBI scripting
- ITIL V3 foundation certification
- Azure AZ-104 Administrator Associate
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform IaaS
- Familiarity with Autopilot & Intune
- Project management framework knowledge
- ISO27001 information security compliance
- Working with third‑party outsourcing vendors
