What you’ll do

• Serve as primary incident commander for major incidents
• Lead and facilitate incident bridge calls
• Assess and validate incident severity and impact
• Coordinate cross‑functional technology teams for rapid resolution
• Provide concise communications to senior leadership
• Maintain real‑time incident documentation and timelines
• Lead post‑incident reviews and corrective actions
• Partner with Technology Command Center for monitoring

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture
• 4+ years Major Incident Management or Production Support
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Power BI or Excel
• Experience with Grafana or Splunk
• Strong executive communication
• Ability to operate in 24x7 high‑pressure environment
• Experience with Cloud technologies
