About the role
Systems Operations team at Wells Fargo ensures high availability of critical infrastructure. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with rotational day shifts and occasional weekend coverage.
What you’ll do
- Lead management of installed systems and infrastructure
- Increase system efficiencies and reduce manual intervention
- Review and analyze operational support systems for availability
- Coordinate with vendors for problem resolution
- Guide team to meet technical deliverables
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience with Java, .NET, Python, CI/CD, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Ansible
Nice to have
B.E/B.Tech or equivalent advanced degree
