About the role
Systems Operations at Wells Fargo is responsible for ensuring the health and availability of critical banking infrastructure and applications. The Senior Lead Systems Operations Engineer advises senior leadership, leads complex initiatives, and drives major incident resolution across global teams. Hyderabad office, on-site, 24/7 rotational shifts required, with on-call duties.
What you’ll do
- Advise senior leadership on platform support solutions
- Lead broad impact initiatives and technical bridges for major incidents
- Monitor and resolve issues via TMIM Command Center tools
- Collaborate with global infrastructure and application teams to ensure system availability
- Drive process improvements and reduce MTTR
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Proficiency with Netcool, Big Panda, ServiceNow, Splunk
- Knowledge of cloud services and network infrastructure
- Ability to mentor and train team members
