What you’ll do

• Identify and target potential business loan clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners
• Prepare and present loan proposals ensuring completeness
• Guide clients through application process and address queries
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for approvals
• Conduct post‑closure follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with collection team to improve recovery

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years experience in business loan origination
• Proven client sourcing and relationship management
• Experience preparing loan proposals and documentation
