Engineering Team Lead at jobgether, driving technology strategy and building scalable platforms for critical business decisions. What you’ll do

• Own technical execution and architecture for customer‑facing and internal platforms
• Define and improve scalability, reliability and data accuracy of systems
• Lead implementation of AI‑enabled development and automation initiatives
• Mentor engineers and develop technical leadership within the team
• Collaborate with product, analytics, operations and business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions
• Ensure high‑quality software delivery through code reviews and engineering standards

What you’ll bring

• 6-8+ years software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in data platform engineering, backend and front‑end development
• Proven experience designing and scaling distributed platforms
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
• Strong understanding of software architecture and infrastructure design
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Experience in B2B technology, e‑commerce or workflow automation (preferred)
