Data Integration Support Specialist

About the role

The Data Integration Support Specialist at TVH oversees the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of integration solutions and enterprise applications within a global data engineering team. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with stakeholders to translate integration architecture needs into scalable Boomi solutions, leading implementation and support to ensure uptime and performance, managing the application support team for timely issue resolution, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and monitoring SLAs for compliance and optimization. This full-time role is based in Pune and operates on a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate integration architecture and application needs into scalable and reliable solutions
• Lead the implementation and support of integration solutions, ensuring uptime, performance, and alignment with best practices
• Manage the application support team for timely issue resolution and smooth operations
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members while driving process improvements and best practices
• Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance and system efficiency, and proactively identify areas for optimization and upgrades
• Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Boomi solutions
• Identify technical issues and risks during development and testing phases and support mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integration solutions

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in OIC/ Boomi (Dell Boomi AtomSphere) support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate integration architecture and application needs into scalable and reliable solutions
• Experience leading the implementation and support of integration solutions to ensure uptime, performance, and alignment with best practices
• Experience managing an application support team for timely issue resolution and smooth operations
