The Field Service Engineer executes low to medium complexity service work, plans and performs on‑site tasks, troubleshoots equipment, and collaborates with customers to improve operations. Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Execute service work per instructions and ABB standards
• Plan and perform on‑site service tasks with a first‑time‑right approach
• Identify technical issues and conduct analysis remotely or on‑site
• Prepare material lists and ensure availability of parts and equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend proactive corrective actions

What you’ll bring

• B.Tech/Electrical Engineering or BE and Diploma in Electrical
• Installation and commissioning experience of VFD drives
• Knowledge of troubleshooting VFDs
• Customer handling skills
• Communication skills
