Senior Manager, Employee Listening

About the role

People Insights team at London Stock Exchange Group leads the employee listening function to shape strategy and deliver actionable insights on employee experience. The Senior Manager defines and evolves the listening strategy, oversees enterprise surveys and qualitative programs, and partners with leaders to translate feedback into business impact. Based in Bangalore, India, on-site role with occasional travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Define and evolve employee listening strategy aligned to business priorities
• Lead enterprise listening programmes including surveys and targeted exercises
• Translate employee voice into business insight and executive narratives
• Drive action planning, measure impact of initiatives, and improve processes
• Coach people teams and influence senior stakeholders on using feedback

• Significant experience leading employee listening, experience programs in a complex organization
• Designing and delivering large-scale employee surveys and listening initiatives
• Translating data into clear, actionable business insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders

• Balancing analytical rigor with practical business decision-making
